The foundations for Wiskin PR were laid In 2004 when Joanne Wiskin launched Lookalikes Unite, a free web portal to help showcase and provide support to some of the finest Celebrity Lookalikes and Tribute Acts in the world.

Lookalikes Unite established a worldwide audience, hitting all corners of the globe... the second largest audience outside of the UK being the United States; Joanne was nominated for an 'excellence award' in 2008 and was a published author to the US Entertainment Network having worked very closely with the American Entertainment industry helping to build relationships from across the pond. Lookalikes Unite also achieved many goals in supporting various charities throughout it's history bringing together the UK's best to help raise thousands of pounds, including events for Children in Need and Richard House in prestigious locations such as Canary Wharf and Central London - further details can be found under events.

Following the success of the "not for profit" Lookalikes Unite service and the endless aspirations of wanting to seek new challenges Joanne decided to enter into management and promotion.

Wiskin PR can add that special touch to your event, not only advising on the event itself but assisting in the supply of Celebrity Lookalikes and Tribute Acts who can offer the next best thing to the stars they emulate. Available to cover events and Parties, conduct full live tributes including dance routines and dancers; give your function the illusion of VIP attendance, mixing & mingling with your guests and adding the celebrity touch to your event.

We can also put our hand to talented entertainers ranging from magicians to singers, dancers and musicians, DJ's, Photographers and many other aspects of making the perfect event. We will also work very closely with entertainment agents to bring you the best acts for your event.

Wiskin|PR will work with you to establish your ideas and the desired impact, having logistical experience of putting together large events and bespoke entertainment packages.
